Summary
At the beginning of chapter 7 Alice was walking to find the mad hatter and ended up at a tea party. Wasn't really invited but she sat down at a the look at her and said the table was large enough but for some reason they said “no room, no room, no room.” “but there is plenty of room” said alice. The table could fit 10 people and it was three of them in a corner sitting down. After a while, they let her join and they started making up riddles and they didn't even know the answer to them their self. The mad hatter brought out a watch that only tells that day of the month. Not like a regular watch that tells the time alice never saw one before. Alice said “I think you could do something better with your time then waste it on riddles that have no answers.” the hatter and alice wanted the dormouse to tell a story so he told a story about the three girls that lived in a well.

In victorian time, they would have tea parties almost every day the same time and they would invite different people over to come have tea with them.
It relates because they had a tea party that she had wasn't really invited to the party and how she sat down without asking to join the party.
